PCB 1-1 High Speed Camera This design is a High Speed Camera that has 18 layers and uses blind vias. The PCB has over 1800 parts and about 95% of the nets were critical with design rules. Some of the critical parts were 2 896 pin FPGA's and 64 DRAM chips; all with matched circuitry. It worked right off the assembly line on Revision A and passed EMI with flying colors!

PCB 1-2 High Speed Camera - Bottom View This is the bottom view of the High Speed Camera board.

PCB 2 Wide Band Communtications Board This is a Wide Band Communications board with 10 layers and blind vias. It has many critical signals including an RF section, a High Speed digital section and a switching power supply. Worked on Revision A.

PCB 3 Triple-Redundant Aviation Navigation Board This design is a triple-redundant navigation board that will be in the next commercial aircraft built by a very well know aircraft company. Worked on Revision A.

PCB 4 Set-Top Box Processor Board This is a set-top box similar to the one your cable company may have given you when you subscribed. The board is 6 layers and it uses an Intel processor chip set with many critical routes. It has all the bell's and whistle's including stereo output, USB interface and RS-232. It even has an interface where you can insert your credit card and buy stuff directly off the TV!! This may even be on your television right now!

PCB 5 PCI Interface Card This is a PCI Interface card with 8 layers with a number of critical routes. This too, worked on Revision A.
